Your profile
- Support our colleagues and customers by handling all kinds of questions about MRDM products (including questions about uploading data, updating settings for specific products, definitions in reports, user management and analyze ad-hoc problems with customers and redirect to the right people where necessary)
- Contribute to improving the Customer Experience and MRDM products by providing feedback and innovative solutions
- Continuously look for ways to improve the way we support our customers, e.g. identifying common queries and making sure these are addressed in self-serve articles; providing feedback to Product & Customer Success teams
- Support the onboarding process of new MRDM customers
- Provide Support through a range of channels to suit customer needs, including email, our ticketing system & phone
- Plan Do Act Control (PDA) on KPI’s and develop next level of service (from reactive to pro-active)
With all the innovations within MRDM, we expect that the user contact changes from reactive to more pro-active user contact. Because of that, this vacancy is set up with a starting position at the MRDM service desk and when both parties are happy we expect to change the position after one year with a role in the Customer Success team. Expected activities in the Customer Success team:
- Support colleagues from the Product and Client team with, for example, customer related communication like instruction material, instruction letters, customer satisfaction implementation and follow-up
- Monitor Customer Success dashboard (and further development) and PDAC on signals on the dashboard (onboarding and usage from products)
- Improve Onboarding and usage of our products (Support Website, Self-service Portal)
What you bring to the table
- Diploma/Bachelor degree with a health/customer background
- Analytical and client facing work experience, preferably with a link to the health care sector
- Communicative and social focus (account management skills)
- Advanced data analytics and ‘big data’ issues in healthcare excite you
- Result driven, customer oriented, with a structured way of working and pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or ticketing systems is preferred

What you will be doing as Junior Data Engineer
As a Junior Data Engineer you will be working on further improving our data platform, this will include:
- Be part of our data engineering and software engineering team.
- Provide hospitals with innovative solutions to integrate with us and a variety of (inter)national quality registries.
- Combining various data sources to reduce administrative burden for care providers.
- Build products to exchange and process sensitive healthcare data, automatically and on a high frequency.

As a Data Engineer you will be working on further improving our data platform, this will include:
- Be part of our data engineering and software engineering team

- Expand our data platform by adding new pipelines and integrate them with the data processing framework
- Participate in internal projects to guarantee the quality of our data collection (validation / monitoring)
- Standardize healthcare data exchange, using international standards and state-of-the-art technology
What you bring to the table
- You have a master’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology or another computer-based discipline
- 4+ years of experience as a data engineer or (database) developer
- Experience in programming languages (like Python, JavaScript, R, java or bash; regex is pre) and SQL scripting
- You have working experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL server
- You have experience working with Cloud environments such as GCP, Azure or AWS
- Preferably you have experience with deploying application in Docker and Kubernetes
- You have experience working in an agile methodology (scrum or Kanban) and in using Jira and GIT

- Be a part of our data-focused product team
- Manage and drive your own projects

The Clinical Outcomes team (MRDM) provides the outcome benchmark platform, facilitating the measurement and monitoring of clinical outcomes and provides insights into the clinical performance of healthcare providers. The Program Manager is responsible for initiating and running large strategic and challenging programs with multiple stakeholders, contributing to and improving the external positioning of MRDM. In order to do that, the Program Manager works closely with the management, interacts and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, provides input for the strategy and leads the execution.

What you will be doing as Strategic Program Manager?
- Contributing to and executing the external positioning strategy, aligned with the overall Clinical Outcomes business strategy
- Translating strategy and concepts into (internal/external) proposals, and managing/overseeing the execution of these proposals
- Managing and drive complex and challenging projects with multiple stakeholder domains, reporting to the management and providing management support

- Design and develop metrics that reflect data validity and quality
- Develop and configure healthcare analytics dashboards

- Experience with R
